Isaiah Martinez replicated a FloNationals final victory over fellow Junior National freestyle champion Josh Llopez (St. Mary’s Ryken, Md.) to win the 160 lb. weight class championship; this time it was a 9-4 victory in which he scored offensively in all three periods.
