Nick Villarreal Commits to Fresno State

Nicholas Villarreal – Gilroy HS

The two-time CIF State placer, Nick Villarreal, has committed to wrestle for the Fresno State Bulldogs in 2020. Villarreal, from Gilroy high school, will look for his first state championship this coming season after placing 2nd (2019) and 6th (2018) the previous two seasons. Nick will be joining Tristan Lujan from Selma as the first two recruits for Fresno State so far for the class of 2020. Teammate Ryan Reyes from Gilroy HS will be joining the Fresno State squad in the Fall of 2019. Villarreal is projected to wrestle heavyweight for the Bulldogs.
