Tiros Lara of Poway high school has signed with North Dakota State. This season Tirso was a San Diego Masters runner-up and finished 7th at the State meet. He will join fellow Californians Tyler Diamond (Oroville HS), Joe Garner (Monterey Trail HS) and Josh Rodriguez (Righetti HS) next fall.
